Thank you for joining us at ChefmeetsGrape, the largest celebration of the Wines of British Columbia and local food in Vancouver! Nearly 400 wine & food enthusiasts came out to toast the success of British Columbia's vintners and chefs!

The seventh annual event showcased 74 BC wineries and dishes from ten top chefs who were competing for the coveted Judges' Choice Award for Best Dish & Pairing.

First: O'Doul's Restaurant & Bar Paired with Garry Oaks Winery
Pinot Noir cured Pacific Provider wild pink salmon, warm Island chanterelle and bacon salad paired with 2009 Garry Oaks Pinot Noir

Second: Edible Canada at the Market Paired with JoieFarm Winery
Kasu marinated Qualicum Bay scallop, crispy Sloping Hills pork belly, spiced Okanagan peach & apricot compote paired with 2010 JoieFarm A Noble Blend

Third: Vancouver Convention Centre Catering Paired with Black Hills Estate Winery
A duo of lamb - braised lamb neck mole with popcorm lamb sweetbread paired with 2009 Black Hills Syrah
